I can go on and on about Beef Noodles and the Chinese Culture. It’s like Big Mac and U.S. of A. But the pictures speak for itself. I am a nut when it comes to all kinds of noodles across all cultures…let it be Thai, Vietnamese, Italian, but every year when I come to Taipei, Dad always bring me to this tiny little run down stall right behind Taipei’s Grand Central station. Once there, always a fight to get a seat, but if you are lucky, you are rewarded with one of the best tasting meal in the world: Hand rolled noodle, Prime Cut roasted beef, adding pickled cabbages and spicy/salty soy beans, you are GOOD TO GO!
